War On Drugs - a war on the people and the constitution

The WoD corrupts law enforcement and the judicial system. It crowds the courts and prisons. It generates violent crime. It criminalizes our youth, funds gangs, terrorists and covert operations. It is destroying the Fourth Amendment and private property rights. It costs the American taxpayer foreign aid dollars better spent here at home. It has failed. It is time to reevaluate the problem and the solution.
