Comments from the candidate:

I am a high-tech professional. I enjoy my work and chosen profession. I am an advocate of high-tech in everything from defense to space exploration to our daily lives. The human-embedded chip, however, represents an application of technology that will be misused and abused by governments from the very beginning. With this technology, privacy and anonymity will be a dream of the marked and the watched. Reality will be akin to the novel '1984', and the television show 'The Prisoner.'

Indeed, those who are so naive to laugh-off the implications and parallels of this emerging technology to the Mark of the Christian Bible simply are ignoring current world events and the inevitable application of this technology within the infrastructure of the emerging New World Order.

Those who are not concerned, are either uninformed, naive or do not cherish their individual liberty. This site will try to inform them of current events in currency consolidation, movements towards digitized credits in place of 'hard' currency, growth of the world government, growth of the police state and the resulting loss of privacy and liberty.

To deny this trend, debunkers will have to discount the news and current events posted in this site's news section. Debunkers will have to deny the EU, Euro, RFID chips, Digital Angel, VeriChip, the plans of the AUTO-ID Center, biometrics, security cameras, scanners, movement towards a national ID card (mechanism), the building of the national ID database (recently in the news) and much more. In essence, the doubters and the debunkers will have to deny reality.

It used to be my dream to write the application and develop the system to graphically map by geographic region any medical directive put to the system for any demographic and for any time frame. A directive might be,

'Show all occurrences of the onset in kidney disease for females between the ages of 10 and 15 in the continental United States from 1990.01.01 to 2002.01.01. Color code for ethnic origin.'

I imagined glowing graphics looking like streams and ponds scattered across the U.S. as the stored and networked medical records fed into the system from each hospital, clinic and doctor's office were filtered for the directive and processed to plot the geographic distribution of the disease on the monitor.

The problem I kept coming back to was patient confidentiality. News hounds know of the efforts to protect medical record confidentiality over the past 15 years. How the personal identifiers could be stripped without stripping the address information (hence, the geographic data), was always a problem. If you know the address, you pretty much know the person.

Now I realize that my concerns are the concerns of someone who cherishes liberty and privacy. Those who are ruling our lives do not share such trivial concerns. Their concerns are to ID, tax, regulate and control every individual walking the planet. Further, they wish to read every communication (electronic or otherwise) uttered or transmitted physically or electronically. They wish to monitor every move and transaction made. Read the news links.

Now consider the Mark spoken of in the Christian Bible. Before we quote those verses, consider the USA PATRIOT ACT passed immediately after the 9/11/2001 attack on America. This law prohibits barter. That's right. Barter is now illegal in America. Why would barter be outlawed? Answer: To force all transfers of value through the banking system so they can be tracked and taxed.

The following section is taken from...

USA PATRIOT Act as Passed by Congress
Uniting and Strengthening America
by Providing Appropriate Tools Required
to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism Act
(Oct. 25, 2001)
HR 3162 RDS
107th CONGRESS
1st Session
H. R. 3162
IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES
October 24, 2001

SEC. 361. FINANCIAL CRIMES ENFORCEMENT NETWORK.
[snip]
`Sec. 310. Financial Crimes Enforcement Network
`(a) IN GENERAL- The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network established by order of the Secretary of the Treasury (Treasury Order Numbered 105-08, in this section referred to as `FinCEN') on April 25, 1990, shall be a bureau in the Department of the Treasury.
`(b) DIRECTOR-
`(1) APPOINTMENT- The head of FinCEN shall be the Director, who shall be appointed by the Secretary of the Treasury.
`(2) DUTIES AND POWERS- The duties and powers of the Director are as follows:
[snip A,B,C,D,E]
`(F) Assist Federal, State, local, and foreign law enforcement and regulatory authorities in combating the use of informal, non-bank networks and payment and barter system mechanisms that permit the transfer of funds or the equivalent of funds without records and without compliance with criminal and tax laws.

Keep in mind that laws will empower the eventual Mark with the incredible power of the state just as the Bible describes it as having. It sounds unbelievable to most people that they might not be able to buy or sell without having a card or a chip (the Mark), but when one becomes aware of current events:
• the consolidation of currencies, and
• laws being passed to outlaw transactions not passing through the banking system, and
• the commercialization of the human-embedded ID chip described in news articles on this page,
one becomes suddenly aware, regardless of one's religious persuasion or disposition, that the Christian Bible paints an incredibly accurate picture of our potential collective future when it said,

Revelation (King James version)
13:16: And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
13:17: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

Those who ignore these events do so at their own peril. Allow those currently in power to stay in power and the Mark will become reality. I will fight this system. I seek the Congressional seat from the 12th district of Illinois from which to conduct this fight for those who love liberty.

-- NOTES ON CBDC (Central Bank Digital Currency) --

Private cryptocurrencies will be made illegal by the central banks. This will be accomplished by requiring central bank bought and paid for legislators to 'regulate' the digital currency 'ecosystem.' Key definitions and code words used in the following conference speeches:

  • disruptive ecosystems: non-central bank digital currencies, their anonymous character and their methods of exchange
  • Decentralised Finance (DeFi)
  • intermediaries: central banks
  • financial stability: central bank monopoly
  • central bank digital currencies (CBDCs)
  • that game: controlling/monopolizing the digital currency space/ecosystem
  • enhance cross-border transactions while also preserving monetary and financial stability: maintain global central bank monopoly

  • Conference on Opportunities and challenges of the tokenisation of finance which role for Central Banks? - 27 September 2022 - Musee du Louvre, Paris

"This international conference will involve an open and interactive discussion on the new and disruptive ecosystems that are rapidly emerging in the financial sector at the global level as a result of emerging innovative technologies. Those new ecosystems cover a wide array of activities, ranging from the tokenisation of assets to Decentralised Finance (DeFi), aiming to go beyond borders and sometimes circumventing intermediaries.

"The conference will first explore the implications of digitalisation for central banks in terms of financial stability. It will then turn to the objectives and promises that DeFi holds for the market. Finally, it will look into whether central bank digital currencies (CBDCs) could be used in those new ecosystems to enhance cross-border transactions while also preserving monetary and financial stability."

  • Speaker: Biden admin Federal Reserve Chairman, Jerome Powell, 9/27/2022

    Four characteristics of a CBDC:
    1. Intermediated
    2. Privacy Protected
    3. Identity Verified (it would not be anonymous)
    4. Transferable or Interoperable

  • "ECB chief Lagarde says she does not like to see a new period of "free banking" due to cryptocurrencies. Central bank digital currencies (CBDC) are required to maintain the role of central banks." -- Disclose.tv, @disclosetv, 9/27/2022, paraphrasing Christine Lagarde, President, European Central Bank, speaking in high-level panel on "How should central banks address financial stability challenges related to digitalisation of financial services?" at Conference on Opportunities and challenges of the tokenisation of finance which role for Central Banks? 27 September 2022- Musée du Louvre, Paris

  • "Where do we stand? We Central Bankers. We have been operating as a monetary anchor in relation to the commercial banks and the private money.

"If we are not in that game - if we are not involved in experimenting - in innovating in terms of digital central bank money we risk losing the role of anchor that we have played for many many decades and we have historical examples of periods where the central bank monetary anchor was not there and that precipitated crisis after crisis. That certainly was the case of the time of the free banking in the nineteenth century. Do we want to go back to those days? Probably not. I would say certainly not from our vantage point. As a result of which we have to respond to the demand for those digital payments in order to maintain the role of anchor that we have been playing regularly." -- Video: Christine Lagarde, President, European Central Bank
