Mr. Sadler,

Thank you for your request for this paper within the study of 2025. Unfortunately, the web site was a study that was completed in the late nineties and the school that sponsored it was deactivated in the early part of 2001. We tried to keep it up as long as we could without a sponsoring school and tried many times to get a current school to maintain the pages and keep them up to date, but none would step up to the task. The newest Air Force Instructions (AFI's) required us to remove the whole site as being non-supported and out of date (and out of compliance with current regulations).

I'm keeping a folder of all the requests we get for this site however to review with our public affairs office to try to get someone to sponsor the study for at least an archival research item. [snip]

Now, if you can provide me with a military or government E-mail address, I can look it up in the archives (back ups) and provide it that way on a case by case request basis.

But from a commercial E-mail address, we're not authorized to re-release it (until it's approved for re-release if we can find a school to sponsor it). Air War College came the closest, but the Commandant of the school stated his web page maintainer had too much on their plate.

Thank You,

David Sadler ran for Congress in the 12th Congressional District of Illinois in 2002 as a Republican. He advocates debates commence immediately between neo-conservatives and traditional conservatives. He maintains the neocons have hijacked the GOP, but that the neocons do not speak for traditional, liberty-minded conservatives. Energy independence through a Manhattan class national effort to develop New Energy sources is a corner stone of his plan to diminish the threat of terrorism against Americans and reform American imperialist foreign policies."
