WMD: Pretext for Tyranny
People have died and are still dying in Iraq. We destroyed the nation and cultural artifacts that can never be replaced. We've alienated our traditional allies. We've brought the world close to W.W. III. What's the penalty, sentence and fine for leading a nation into war based upon known lies?
Dear Mr. Vice President:

On July 21, 2003 , we sent a letter to you inquiring about your role in the dissemination of the disinformation that Iraq purchased uranium from Niger . We asked you ten questions relating to your direct personal visits to CIA 's Iraq analysts; your request for an investigation of the Niger uranium claim that resulted in an investigation by a former U.S. ambassador, and your several high-profile public assertions about Iraq 's alleged pursuit of nuclear weapons. To date, we have not received your response to our inquiries.

Since our last letter to you, you spoke at the A merican Enterprise Institute and once again made reference to the already proven false assertion that Iraq was reconstituting its nuclear weapons program. In order to legitimize the war, you cited findings listed in the National Intelligence Estimate (NIE), some of which had been refuted months before you cited them. -- Kucinich, Maloney and Sanders Go After Cheney --

We will never forget Waco, or that no one in government went to jail for that crime against innocent American citizens.

9-11: Pretext for Tyranny
Listen to what your 'leaders' are saying about your liberty.
When will you do something - ANYTHING - to preserve your liberties?
If you are not fighting to preserve your liberty, your liberty will be taken away from you.
You will lose your security and prosperity along with your liberty.
Are you ready for that?
What is a terrorist?
Are you one?
Could you be one?
How does the USA Patriot Act define terrorism?
Read the definition carefully.
List three dangerous and illegal acts that are clearly not terrorism, but which qualify under Section 208 of the USAPA as a terrorist act.
SEC 208 USAPA: DEFINITION OF DOMESTIC TERRORISM.
Involve acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State;
Why is our government in such a hurry to close down our open and free society?
Loose lips may sink ships, but secret government always produces tyranny.
The 'terrorists' never attacked our constitution.
Our constitition is being attacked by those who swore an oath to protect and defend it.
Foreign and domestic enemies of the US Constitution are the traitors to a free, secure and prosperous America.
We're an open society, but we're at war .... And we must not let foreign enemies use the forums of liberty to destroy liberty itself. -- President George W. Bush --
In other words, 'We are not an open society because we are at war.'
Bush has sealed government from public inspection.
How long our society continues to be closed depends upon how long the war lasts.
Listen to how long this war is going to last.
Terrorism is an inescapable reality of life. It is a permanent condition to which America and the entire world must adjust. The need for homeland security, therefore, is not tied to any specific terrorist threat. -- President George W. Bush (43) --
It [the War On Terrorism] is different than the Gulf War was, in the sense that it may never end. At least, not in our lifetime. -- Richard Cheney, The Washington Post: ‘CIA Told to Do 'Whatever Necessary' to Kill Bin Laden’, 20011021 --
I think all strata of our society should share in this next 20 years we have ahead, which is undoubtedly going to have a lot of combat situations come up … We're not looking forward to just a little bit of combat once in a while; this is liable to be a much greater combat role than anybody ever thought we were getting into. -- John Glenn, former Ohio Democratic Senator --
I can't think of anything more worthy than this project of inspiring America's youth to dedication and to patriotism and to national service at a time when our country needs it, and we will need it … for a good long time … it's not going to be over anytime soon. -- Paul Wolfowitz, Deputy Defense Secretary --
So this is perpetual war.
That means we are now a perpetually closed society with an openly stated policy of secret government and suspension of the Bill of Rights. Do you understand? Are you concerned?
Maybe you think Bush and his war team are the ones attacking America's freedom.
Maybe you think that electing a Democrat to the White House will end this national nightmare and the destruction of our free and open society. Think again ...
[The commission plans to examine ... whether the government needs a new agency to gather intelligence in the United States.] We will look at whether our nation is striking the right balance of security and liberty. -- Lee Hamilton, vice chairman of the National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States and a former Democratic congressman from Indiana, Domestic spy agency weighed for U.S., Charlotte Observer, Sept. 24, 2003--
We're in a new world where we have to rebalance freedom and security … We're not going to have all the openness and freedom we have had. -- House Democratic Minority Leader Richard A. Gephardt, D-Mo. Commenting on the aftermath of the 9-11 attack on America --
The big issue here is how much we will feel forced to close down our society now, -- Stansfield Turner, former director of the Central Intelligence Agency, commenting on the ‘World Trade Center/Pentagon 2001.09.11 Attack from commercial airliners as quoted by Peter Grier of The Christian Science Monitor in the story titled nation reels ‘The Nation Reels’ --
This war policy is embraced by the system contolling the US government.
The system controls all major political parties.
Clinton passed 'terrorist' legislation after Oklahoma City.
Waco happened on Clinton's watch.

There is no partisan solution to this constitutional crisis in America.
The solution lies outside of the party system.
We must elect a congress totally independent from the major party leadership and dictates.
That means we must elect members of congress without major party funds.

DO NOT CONTRIBUTE TO A PARTY!
CONTRIBUTE DIRECTLY TO THE congressional candidate of your choice.

Image and substance are two different elements.

Speed of gravity
Abstract

Standard experimental techniques exist to determine the propagation speed of forces. When we apply these techniques to gravity, they all yield propagation speeds too great to measure, substantially faster than lightspeed.

This is because gravity, in contrast to light, has no detectable aberration or propagation delay for its action, even for cases (such as binary pulsars) where sources of gravity accelerate significantly during the light time from source to target.
