Who is Mike Riconosciuto?
The War On Drugs (WoD) is a war on the American people and the US Constitution. It is used to destroy the Fourth Amendment to the constitution, to rationalize property forfeiture and to incarcerate political prisoners or people who are making life difficult for the system, the current political paradigm.

The War On Terror (WoT) is much the same type of instrument. It targets the rest of the Bill of Rights and justifies aggressive foreign intervention, perpetual war and the transfer of American taxpayers' wealth to government contractors in the military, intelligence and police state (Homeland Security) sectors. Mike Riconosciuto appears to know too much about the WoT (among other things) and has been silenced using the tool provided by the WoD.

Alex Merklinger, host of Mysteries of the Mind, led us to start looking into Mike Riconosciuto's situation and the knowledge he has about various matters of vital national and global importance. No sooner do we begin our search that we are confronted with documented pre-knowledge of 9-11 and the involvement of one of our favorite FBI agents, Ted Gunderson. Since Mr. Gunderson is working on behalf of Riconosciuto, we know right from the start that Mike Riconosciuto's incarceration is suspect and that Riconosciuto is most likely a political prisoner.
Michael Riconosciuto's 2/5/2001 Letter Warning of Planned Hijack Plane Attacks in the U.S. by Al Qaeda Terrorists

[Editor's Note: This letter was sent U.S. certified mail (#7000 0600 0027 1175 1175) by Michael Riconosciuto ... to his attorney, Don Bailey, on February 6, 2001, seven months before planes struck the twin towers of World Trade Center in New York City ... Ted Gunderson included a copy of this handwritten letter as "Exhibit A" in a large multi page report ( Ted Gunderson 9-11 Terrorists' Report) presented to 155 U.S. Senators and members of Congress, to every congressional committee, to the Department of Justice, and to numerous members of the Executive Branch in Washington D.C. on January 7, 2003; two days after interviewing Michael Riconosciuto at FCI in Allenwood.
Riconosciuto's Letter, The Smoking 'Howitzer' of 9-11?
You will note in the editor's comments below that Riconosciuto is serving a 30 year sentence as a convicted first time offender on a drug charge based upon the " possession of common (& legally obtained) chemical solvents that could be used during one of many steps involved in meth production. "

Because the American people are too busy and too distracted with TV, sports and other mindless activities, and because they lack basic education and even minimal amounts of courage, the constitution has been destroyed and a police state has been allowed to grow unmolested. Now we are faced with the incredible reality that a person can be sent to the pen for 30 years on the first 'drug' offence " despite the absence of evidence of the drug itself. " What an incredible tool the WoD is to a tyranny and police state. What is more incredible still is the total indifference 95% of the people on the street will show towards this reality.
Urgent Feb. 14, 2001 Warning to Congressman of 'Planned Attacks in the U.S.'

" This needs to be dealt with ASAP. If not dealt with in a timely fasion, this opportunity will be gone. " ...Michael Riconosciuto

[Editor's Note: Exhibit "B" is the second handwritten letter by Michael Riconosciuto ... in Ted Gunderson's report Terrorism Cover Up in America. It was sent from Riconosciuto by certified mail (#7000 0600 0027 1175 6538) to Congressman Brian Baird (D-WA) on February 14, 2001 ... Mike Riconosciuto had been an intelligence asset for the U.S. government for a long time, but ran afoul of the Big Boys because of the work he had done for them in opening a 'back door' for the (privately owned and proprietary) PROMIS software [FTW Search] [Google Search]. Mike was subpoenaed to appear before the Brooks Congressional Committee investigating the government's role in the Inslaw Case which involved the PROMIS software. Three weeks before he was to testify in front of the committee, Mike got a telephone call from a Department of Justice official named Peter Videnieke, who, according to Michael Riconosciuto, told him that if he testified before the committee, he would have to 'suffer the consequences'. Riconosciuto testified anyway and shortly afterwards, his small trailer workshop/lab in northern Washington state (Riconosciuto is a scientist by profession) was raided by federal agents.

Riconosciuto suddenly found himself the target of an indictment for operating a "methamphetamine lab". Apparently, possession of common (& legally obtained) chemical solvents that could be used during one of many steps involved in meth production, is enough to get you convicted these days for running a meth lab, despite the absence of evidence of the drug itself (the feds having destroyed all of Mike's lab glassware; glassware that could have established the absence of illegal drug residues, which you would expect to find in abundance for a 'meth lab' operation). Mike's trial set a new mark for prosecutorial and judicial abuse even by federal 'railroading' standards. He was given a 30 year sentence for a first time drug offence.

Boycott the political status quo
Do not contribute to either the RNC (Republican National Committee) or the DNC (Democratic National Committee). Neither contribute to their respective state organizations. Instead, contribute directly to the candidates of your choice by writing your checks directly to the candidates' campaigns.

The RNC, DNC and the state party organizations are a part of the problem, not the solution. If this was not so, the current state of crisis would not exist in America and American politics.

Both political organizations are controlled by the same powers that control the nation's power and wealth. This is why there is no difference between the Republicans and Democrats. I will refer to this situation of American political power being concentrated into the hands of the rich and powerful who control both major political parties as the current political paradigm or system.

These people represent a special interest --- THEIR INTEREST. The system they have erected through law and regulation solidifies their advantage and suppresses real competition. This arrangement has allowed this special interest to present American voters with THEIR CHOICES from which we choose. Since their choices represent their interests, their interests are served regardless of the party label attached to the candidate.

The national and state party organizations are under the total control and management of this group. Supporting these organizaions simply supports the ssystem which resists all change.

In addition, review your contributions to the various lobbies that are also a part of the current political paradigm.

Redirect contributions from these organizations. Redirect them towards candidates for the US House who are not controlled, compromised and indebted to these organizations.

We need candidates who are not dependent upon anyone but the people for their election. The choice is clear. The candidates and representatives will either be dependent upon the people or the rich and powerful for their campaign funds.

For too long, the people have empowered the rich and powerful by sending their dollars to them and allowing them, through their front organizations, the ability to choose who they wish to have elected. The system then turns around to recruit and fund those persons who are willing to follow orders rather than principle.

This system has allowed the people who control our nation for their own personal benefit to present American voters with THEIR CHOICES from which we choose. Since their choices represent their interests, their interests are served regardless of the party label attached to the candidate who eventually wins.

We must break this chain of supporting America's opponents. Break it in a way that is totally legal, totally peaceful and totally under our control! Simply redirect your contributions to principle driven individuals who believe in the US Constitution, national sovereignty, national self-sufficiency, secure borders, a military that provides national defense instead of 'global suppremacy' and perpetual war, Fair Trade instead of Free Trade, a simple flat tax or sales tax to replace the abusive and intrusive IRS, and breaking the government monolpoly on education.

To begin solving America's problems, Americans must begin to act and think differently.

Space Wars
Even as U.S. 'global primacy' ground maneuvers continue, our plan to ‘own’ space and deprive other nations of a strategic foothold there has been drafted. The Strategic Military Plan (SMP) will do in space what the 'imperial geostrategy' is doing on the ground. The SMP reads like a Star Wars novel, but it’s USAF Space Command strategy. The high ground is space and we are preparing to take it.
[Owning space] will provide war-fighting commanders the ability to rapidly deny, delay, deceive, disrupt, destroy, exploit and neutralize targets in hours/minutes rather than weeks/days. -- Strategic Military Plan Extracts --
America must defend itself from space based military and intelligence threats. I support U.S. military dominance on land and sea and in the air and space. What I don't support is the use of this dominance to conduct global imperialism through aggressive, offensive foreign intervention, industrial private sector espionage and the tracking of and intelligence gathering regarding private citizens.

Global and Spacial military dominance can easily lead to world dictatorship. Any clear thinking person must admit that.

What I wish to point out about the following articles on the coming war to control space is that the people raising the warning are warning us of the obvious while ignoring the threats to personal freedom and national sovereignty that such an awesome capability presents. At the same time, they totally ignore the people and companies that are enabling military competition in space through the illegal and unethical proliferation of national security technology. Listen to them state the obvious from a military defense point of view without coming anywhere near the actual solution.
China's first manned spacecraft ... conducted intelligence-gathering work for China's military. Included on the top of the Long March 2F rocket, which boosted Shenzhou into orbit Tuesday, was a new Chinese military intelligence-gathering satellite ... The single-astronaut spacecraft [also] carried an infrared camera [with] a resolution of 1.6 meters. The space spying highlights China's plans to use space for military purposes, primarily to develop missiles and sensors, and to blind or cripple U.S. communications and intelligence systems ... Lt. Col. Mark Stokes, director of the Taiwan desk at the Pentagon, said in a speech Sept. 30 [China has shown] ‘significant indications’ of developing space weapons, such as satellite-killing missiles and satellites and lasers that can disable U.S. military and intelligence satellites. -- Spy in the sky --
Isn't it obvious that all maturing industrialized nations are going to enter space and with that present a threat to America's dominance there? Defending ourselves against this emerging threat is not the point. Of course we must defend our national sovereignty and that means military control of space.

The point is, why are we not arresting, convicting, imprisoning and conducting property forfeiture against those in the U.S. government and American companies who have sold our adversaries the technology to conduct war against our space assets and engage in global ICBM warfare? Why do we not consider such companies elsewhere in the world who sell such technology for military purposes to be 'terrorists?' Why aren't Bill Clinton and executives at both Lorel (Loral) and Hughes in jail for treason, trading with the enemy and allowing the proliferation of national security technology?
The Long March rocket booster also benefited from illegal U.S.-technology transfers in the 1990s, when U.S. satellite companies helped China fix electrical problems with the boosters. The booster improvements also benefited Chinese strategic missiles, which are made by the same Chinese manufacturers of the Long March rocket. -- Spy in the sky --
Clinton's China deals and his illegal campaign fundraising were well known at the time. It amazes me that the American people will allow their government to build up America's enemies then pay in blood and economy to remove the threat they just paid to create! The U.S. funded and armed Noreiga, bin Laden and Hussein. We funded and armed the USSR and China. But who does America wish to send to jail? Cookie baking Martha Stewart!?
One US firm which had exported commercial satellites to China was the subject of a criminal investigation for having leaked potentially sensitive technology to the Chinese military. -- Clinton battles China syndrome --
Two of the United States' largest aerospace companies have been charged with illegally providing China with technology that could be used for intercontinental missiles. -- US firms 'aided China missile effort' --
Yes the companies were charged. They were maybe 'fined.' Did people go to jail? Was the company property forfeited like a drug dealer? So when our military commanders, CIA Directors and Secretaries of Defense start complaining about other nations contesting our dominance in space, and, therefore, our national security, I want to introduce a bill that will treat companies such as Loral and Hughs the same as a meth dealer or someone selling machine guns without a license. The reason these companies are not treated that way is because they are a part of the military industrial complex and the very people that inhabit the boards and administrations of these companies have come from government, the military and the intelligence communities.

It all boils down to this. We're dumber than they are evil. And, yes, war in space is a given. Another given is that the policy of global imperialism has guaranteed perpetual war for the people of all nations. The rulers will prosper and the people will pay and suffer. 'The profits of war are privatized while the cost of war is socialized.'
In my view it will not be long before space becomes a battleground ... Our military forces ... depend very, very heavily on space ... [Our adversaries] can see that ... they can certainly diminish our capabilities [by] attack[ing] the space systems. -- Lieutenant General Edward Anderson, deputy commander of US Northern Command [and formerly with US Space Command], said in response to a question at a geospatial intelligence conference in New Orleans. --
A number of countries are interested in or experimenting with a variety of technologies that could be used to develop counterspace capabilities ... China and Russia have across-the-board programs under way ... [by 2015] future adversaries will be able to employ a wide variety of means to disrupt, degrade or defeat portions of the U.S. space support system. -- Vice Adm. Thomas R. Wilson, director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, said in prepared testimony on national security threats before the U.S. intelligence community's annual world threat briefing in 2001 --

Our adversaries well understand U.S. strategic dependence on access to space ... Operations to disrupt, degrade, or defeat U.S. space assets will be attractive options for those seeking to counter U.S. strategic military superiority ... The great advantage we derive from [computer information systems] also presents us with unique vulnerabilities ... Computer-based information operations could provide our adversaries with an asymmetric response to U.S. military superiority by giving them the potential to degrade or circumvent our advantage in conventional military power. -- CIA Director George J. Tenet, in his prepared statement for [a 2001] Senate Intelligence Committee hearing --

A Phone Call To The Fed
Take the time to read this even if you don't understand money.
The following is a conversation with Mr. Ron Supinski of the Public Information Department of the San Francisco Federal Reserve Bank. This is an account of that conversation.
A Phone Call To The Fed

Economy: Strikes sign to watch
Strikes will be an easily observed indicator of public dissatisfaction with the economy. Remember that health care issues are economic issues. The inability to afford health care is a direct reflection of the health of the economy, our standard of living and quality of life.

As more people in the private sector learn of the vast disparity between their health care and retirement benefits as compared to those of government employees, the movement towards equity will accelerate towards one of two solutions: (1) socialized medicine - everyone gets government medical benefits just like a government employee, or (2) government health plans will be eliminated and the individual government employee will have to obtain health care plans on their own.

The strikers will be self-centered, arguing for their own immediate benefit regardless of the needs of their neighbors or communities. However, the number of strikes in various segments of the economy will demonstrate the pain being felt as a result of the planned destruction of the American economy.

Again, the economy is being destroyed through a combination of internal and external economic attacks that appear to be normal economic policies involving free trade, currency manipulations and consolidations, immigration, visa programs and central bank maneuvers. Other factors include the cost of energy and war. Finally, the cost of big government is accumulating as it both drains the fruits of people's labor and places restrictions upon their ability to prosper.

All these factors have moved America away from the traditional business cycle into a globalist, big government business cycle. This is unchartered territory for the American public and business community. Lessons learned in the past regarding business and management/labor practices no longer apply.

The strikers will be oblivious to the underlying cause of the demise of their personal finances. Persons who try to gain votes at election time to solve the underlying root cause of America's economic decline will be ignored because (1) the message is too complicated, and (2) the solution is not a self-centered solution. The real solution lifts everyone up, not just the striker.

Strikers will be drawn like flies to sugar by the give-away message of the socialists on both the right and left side of the political spectrum. Once again, the message that will resonnate with the self-centered mass of people will be the message that says, " Elect [politician_name_here] and [politician_gender_here] will give you government money, government services and government produced markets. We all should know by now that government has no money other than what it takes from people struggling to survive.
Southern California was gripped by crippling strikes on Tuesday by transit workers and grocery clerks -- both over health care -- that stranded thousands of mostly poor commuters across Los Angeles and was expected to sap millions from the local economy.

Though the labor disputes hit unrelated industries, one public and one private, contract negotiations broke off in both cases in disputes over funds designed to pay for employee medical benefits -- a sign that experts said pointed to a looming health care crisis in California.

Russia is increasingly looking at pricing oil sales in euros instead of dollars, reflecting the euro's growing role as a reserve currency, German government sources said Wednesday.

A switch into euros by Russia, the second-biggest oil exporter behind Saudi Arabia and holder of the world's largest natural gas reserves, would represent a major shift in the balance of currencies behind the world's most traded commodity.

Peak Oil, Korea, China and the US
North Korea from another perspective, this time supplied by retired Special Forces veteran and former West Point instructor Stan Goff.

The US, supported by the taxpaying citizens who have given their government unconditional trust and support, has been manipulating nations and governments though 'global primacy' and 'geopolitical imperialism' for more than half a century. But the world is a much smaller place, and a more dangerous place. Small countries have big guns and more than enough reason to defend themselves preemptively against threats to their national security and sovereignty.

You must be a From The Wilderness subscriber for this story.
China has just moved 150,000 troops to its border with North Korea ... The Chinese are also widening local roads to accommodate armor ... China and Japan battle over the proposed route of a Russian oil pipeline from Siberia that will determine which nation functions and which does not.
... China will become the world's largest consumer of oil within the next decade, if current trends hold ... China's domestic production of oil has passed its Hubbert peak and is in permanent decline (increasing China's dependence on imports) ... throwing it into direct conflict with the US ... In preparation for this historic conflict ... the US has already begun attempting the military encirclement of China ... The greatest US fear on the peninsula ... is reunification, which would eliminate the US pretext for continuing its military occupation of the southern half of the peninsula. The US would lose its most important forward base in Asia, and the one positioned on the doorstep of China.

Domestic Security Enhancement Act 2003, AKA Patriot Act II
Congressman Ron Paul (R-Tex) told the Washington Times that no member of Congress was allowed to read the first Patriot Act that was passed by the House on October 27, 2001. The first Patriot Act was universally decried by civil libertarians and Constitutional scholars from across the political spectrum. William Safire, while writing for the New York Times, described the first Patriot Act's powers by saying that President Bush was seizing dictatorial control.
On February 7, 2003 the Center for Public Integrity, a non-partisan public interest think-tank in DC, revealed the full text of the Domestic Security Enhancement Act of 2003. The classified document had been leaked to them by an unnamed source inside the Federal government. The document consisted of a 33-page section by section analysis of the accompanying 87-page bill.
... not only was there a house version that had been covertly brought to Hastert, but that many provisions of the now public Patriot Act II had already been introduced as pork barrel riders on Senate Bill S. 22. Dozens of subsections and even the titles of the subsections are identical to those in the House version. This is very important because it catches the Justice Department in a bald-faced lie. The Justice Department claimed that the secret legislation brought into the House was only for study, and that at this time there was no intention to try and pass it. Now upon reading S. 22, it is clear that the leadership of the Senate is fully aware of the Patriot Act II, and have passed these riders out of their committees into the full bill. I spent two hours scanning through S. 22 and, let me tell you, it is a nightmare for anyone who loves liberty. It even contains the Our Lady of Peace Act that registers all gun owners. It bans the private sale of all firearms, creates a Federal ballistics database, and much more.
... It is important to note that no member of Congress was allowed to see the first Patriot Act before its passage, and that no debate was tolerate by the House and Senate leadership. The intentions of the White House and Speaker Hastert concerning Patriot Act II appear to be a carbon copy replay of the events that led to the unprecedented passage of the first Patriot Act.
... Whereas the First Patriot Act only gutted the First, Third, Fourth and Fifth Amendments, and seriously damaged the Seventh and the Tenth, the Second Patriot Act reorganizes the entire Federal government as well as many areas of state government under the dictatorial control of the Justice Department, the Office of Homeland Security and the FEMA NORTHCOM military command. The Domestic Security Enhancement Act 2003, also known as the Second Patriot Act is by its very structure the definition of dictatorship.
A Brief Analysis of Patriot Act II / by Alex Jones
